Walks

France has lots of beautiful countryside which is great for walking. To help get you started on some great treks through the French countryside I have accurately mapped some of our local walks. With the aid of a free to use app and a compatible GPS smartphone you should find them easy to follow.
This is just a small selection of the walks here in the Normandy National Park, due to the climate we have in this area of France it makes for ideal walking almost all year round.

For more walks / cycling routes visit the following sites Mont des Avaloirs or Randonnées Normandie

Town walk around Lassay Les Châteaux 4.66KM - very easy walk on tarmac footpath.

At the next island take the second exit/straight on to the next island, take the second exit you now have a hill to walk up at the top and final island the Intermarche supermarket turn left follow the route back along and down back into Lassay. Back into the Centre by turning left at the crossroads where you will find Restaurants, Cafes and even a Take-away outlet. To get back into the Car Park, head back to the Marie Office where you will find a footpath to the left hand side follow this back down to the car park.
